Sales Contract: No contract shall be deemed to have been made until the fully completed on screen order has been electronically submitted by the purchaser and received by D4u and payment has passed the credit card authorisation process.
Prices: All prices exclude VAT and Delivery Charges. D4u reserves the right to amend prices at any time.
Payments: Apart from on-line payment, we will also accept payment by cheque & BACS. For these methods of payment, goods will only be delivered once we have received cleared funds. Cheques should be made payable to LG Office Systems. All "card" payments are processed by Streamline (part of the Nat West Bank) with the full security systems and guarantees associated with one of the most well known operators in this field.
Delivery: We deliver to all mainland UK at the rates specified and would expect next business day delivery for small packages. In general, standard rate deliveries should take no more than two to three business days but may take longer in exceptional circumstances. Orders received on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. Please contact us if you require delivery information before ordering. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage or any consequential loss arising directly or indirectly from delay in delivery, however caused.
Working/Business Days are Monday to Friday with a cut-off for processing of 3.00 pm e.g order on Friday before 3.00 pm - next day delivery is Monday. Order later on Friday or Saturday/Sunday - order processed Monday, next day delivery Tuesday. It may be possible to despatch for next day delivery after 3.00 but please contact us to confirm.

Small Order : £4.50 + VAT (order up to £50 before vat)
Standard delivery : £7.00 + VAT
Next Work Day delivery : £10.00 + VAT
Express Next Work Day (am delivery) : £20.00 + VAT
Next Work Day by 10.30 am : £25.00 + VAT

Returns:
If, on receipt, the item is faulty/damaged in any way, e-mail or call us within SEVEN DAYS of receipt to arrange for return of goods. You will receive a replacement, full credit/refund - whichever you prefer. We want you to be 100% satisfied and happy to use us again.
Returns for other reasons e.g. trial, change of mind, wrong goods ordered etc. will also be accepted if notified to us in writing within SEVEN DAYS, but full refund for the goods will only be possible if items are in all original packaging and in full resaleable condition. For such returns the original delivery charge to you will not be refundable and you will be responsible for the return carriage charges.
We may accept returns after this period but not at 100% refund - contact us to discuss.
Warranty : All goods are supplied with standard manufacturers warranties. In the event of a fault occuring during the warranty period, Dictation4u will deal with repair or replacment as proves necessary. Please notify us in writing of any warranty claim.
